Placing Orders
Once you have selected the item(s) you want to purchace, click "View Cart", review the items and click "Check Out" and follow payment instructions.  We accept credit cards ( VISA, MC, AMEX, Debit Cards) and Pay Pal . Also we accept money orders, or cashier's checks.  No personal checks please. To pay by money order or cashier's check,  contact us at customerservice@bathtimeshowercurtains.com  for instructions.  Please list the item(s) you wish to purchase.
 
Sales Tax
Pennsylvania State Residents will be chaged 6% sales tax. No sales tax will be charged for purchases made out of  Pennsylvania State.
 
Shipping Policy
Most products will be shipped within 7 -10 working days via UPS standard ground carrier.  Please allow an additional five to six days for your product(s) to be delivered.  Some Patch Quilted Shower Curtains may  take 4 - 6 weeks. Hand Painted Shower Curtains may take 3-4 weeks. 
 
Return and Exchange Policy
 
Before returning a product, please contact us for instructions at customerservice@bathtimeshowercurtains.com
 
If an order arrives at your door damaged or defective, we will either replace any broken parts if possible or ship out a new item at our expense.
 
Important: Some products such as custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless item was received defective, damaged or broken. Custom items include: Hand Painted Shower Curtains, Glow- in- the-Dark Toilet Seats and Gallery Toilet Seats.
 
We will not accept returned shower curtain(s) unless they are folded the exact same way as they were received from the factory. The shower curtain must be in it's original condition, completely unused and suitable for resale in it's undamaged packaging.
 
Customers returning Patch Quilt Shower Curtains and towels will incur a restocking charge in the amount of 25% ot the total purchase price.    Because the Patch Quilt Curtain Line is hand crafted, there may be variations.  These variations are not a basis for return of the product. For example, small stains that can be removed by the customer or loose threads are not a basis for return of the product.  On rare occasions,  you may encounter an item with significant damage that results from mishandling or other unforseen circumstances.  In such cases, please contact us within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of order.
 
We cannot accept merchandise for exchange or a refund after 30 (thirty) days and we cannot accept any items that have been washed.  
 
Credit and Return Time
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail that reflects that your credit card has been credited.
